Terms & Conditions

1. 1.BloFin does not operate referral programs in jurisdictions where BloFin's services are unavailable or restricted. Users in restricted regions are not eligible to participate as referrers or referees.
2. 2.Referrers will begin earning commissions once a referee registers using their referral code or link and completes a valid trade on BloFin.
3. 3.Zero-fee trading pairs and trading fees paid using Futures bonuses will not be counted toward commission calculations.
4. 4.Internal transfers of funds will not be considered as valid deposits for any associated referral tasks or events.
5. 5.Paid online or offline advertisements using the BloFin brand name or intellectual property are strictly prohibited.
6. 6.BloFin reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities, including but not limited to wash trading, volume manipulation, self-referral through multiple accounts, or any form of market manipulation.
7. 7.Participants who violate these terms will be disqualified from receiving referral commissions, and any fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
8. 8.The Referral Program and the BloFin Affiliate Program are mutually exclusive. For more information about the Affiliate Program, please contact our customer support.

11. 11.BloFin reserves the right to suspend and/or freeze and/or clawback commissions or rewards in the event any user is suspected of breaching these Terms and Conditions without notice.
