dYdX Chain Public Testnet to Sunset on August 7 and Relaunch on August 10

Decentralized exchange dYdX announced that it will sunset the current version of dYdX Chain (also known as V4) public testnet (Testnet 1) on August 7 at 5pm UTC to reset, and relaunched it on August 10 at 5pm UTC (Testnet2). The testnet will not be available during the upgrades.

dYdX launched V4 public testnet on July 5. The reset will add a set of features to the testnet to make it closer to the final dYdX Chain. The new testnet will have an addition of more than 30 markets, and will launch the reward system, allowing users to earn testnet governance tokens when trading. In addition, users will be able to pay and view trading fees as well as the protocol fee schedule.
