DeFiance Capital Claims It's 'Entirely Independent' from Three Arrows Capital

Crypto venture capital firm DeFiance Capital released a statement to clarify its relationship with Three Arrows Capital (3AC), saying that Arthur Cheong founded the firm "entirely seperate and independent" from 3AC in 2020. In addition, DeFiance Capital said that none of its assets under management were raised from 3AC, its founders or any of its affiliates, and Arthur Cheong is neither a director of 3AC and/or any of its affiliates, nor involved in the management of 3AC.
