YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

(“Consent Statement”)
 
You are applying for a Blofin Wallet Card (the “Card”), a card program made available by Blofin Wallet, and supported by Rain as the program manager. If you consent to this Consent Statement for this program, it applies even if you do not obtain (or are not offered) a Blofin Wallet Card.
 
Your affirmative consent to this E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice (“Consent”) permits Blofin Wallet, Rain, the issuing bank, and their respective service providers to provide you with communications (“Communications”) electronically. This Consent also enables you to sign and authorize Communications electronically through the Blofin Wallet application, website, or related dashboards, APIs, or platforms provided by Blofin Wallet or Rain (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”), and allows such electronic signatures to be collected and retained.
 
If you do not consent to electronic delivery of Communications, you will not be able to use the Service or apply for the Card. By registering for a Blofin Wallet account, applying for a Card, or accessing the Platform, you agree that such actions constitute your electronic signature. You consent to receiving notices and Communications electronically, including those required by law, and you understand that this Consent has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
 
You have the right to receive legal disclosures, notices, and communications (together, the “Covered Items”) in paper form by mail. We may instead provide these Covered Items electronically if you give your Consent and satisfy the system requirements described below. Covered Items include, without limitation, all servicing, account, transaction, and collection communications, as well as all legal disclosures, notices, and communications required to be provided in writing in connection with your Card or account.
 

Definitions

In this Consent Statement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Third National, as issuing bank, together with Blofin Wallet, Rain, and their respective service providers, as applicable.
 

Duration of Consent

Your Consent will remain effective until:
  1. You or we terminate your Card or participation in the program; or
  2. You withdraw your Consent to receive electronic Communications.
If your Card is terminated, this Consent will continue to apply with respect to any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, including the validity of electronic Communications previously provided. Please refer to your cardholder agreement for information on how to terminate your Card.
 

Methods of Providing Covered Items

In this document, “provide” means to deliver, make available, send, notify, or use a similar method. Covered Items may be provided electronically, including through the Platform, email, or downloadable files (such as PDF documents). It is your responsibility to review Covered Items promptly and retain copies for your records.
 

Access to Paper Copies

You may print or save Covered Items using the functionality available in the application or software through which they are provided (for example, a web browser or PDF reader). We retain Covered Items for the periods required by applicable law and will provide copies upon request during those periods. We may not retain copies longer than required by law, so you should save or print copies for your own records.

Our Right to Send Paper Communications

We reserve the right to provide Covered Items in paper form at our discretion, even if you have consented to electronic delivery. For example, we may do so in the event of a system outage or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
 

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Covered Items electronically, you must have:
  • A device with working internet access
  • A web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (such as the latest version of Chrome®, Firefox®, Microsoft Edge®, or Safari®)
  • At least 16 MB of available memory (32 MB of RAM recommended)
  • Software capable of viewing, saving, and printing PDF files (such as Adobe® Reader® 4.0 or higher)
By providing your Consent, you confirm that you meet these system requirements.
 

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your Consent at any time and at no cost. If you withdraw Consent prior to approval of your Card application, you will not be able to complete the application or use the Service. To withdraw Consent, contact us at:
Withdrawal of Consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any electronic Communications provided prior to withdrawal.
 

Acknowledgment

By confirming that you have read and agreed to this Consent Statement, you acknowledge that:
  1. You have access to the hardware and software described above;
  2. You consent to receive Covered Items electronically; and
  3. You are able to access, print, and retain electronic Communications for your records.
